Dolphins hold of Seahawks for 3 strait wins.
The Miami Dolphins have a winning record for the first time this season. Miami has not been above .500 since finishing 9-7 in the 2005 season. The first half was going the way of the Dolphins, with a flea flicker play that ended up in the hands of Ted Ginn for a 39 yard TD.
The Dolphins struck for their second touchdown on a 51 yard run, from Ricky Williams. Miami seemed to be in good shape leading 14-0. Then with 8:21 reaming in the second half, Chad Pennington threw an interception that was returned by Jordan Babineaux for a 35 yard touchdown. Phins lead 14-7 at the half.
Seattle began the second half with a 37 yard field goal. Seahawks Defense was picking up their play, forcing the Dolphins to punt time after time. With another field goal by Mare the Seahawks cut the lead to 14-13. Miami began to look as if they were on the brink of losing this game. Until With just 5 minutes reaming in the fourth quarter the Dolphins answered with their own touchdown on a 16 yard run from Ronnie Brown.
The Seahawks answered with their own touchdown from Koren Robinson, but the 2 point conversion was unsuccessful. Miami’s defense held off the final drive from the Seahawks, sealing their win 21-19.
